Are there contracts?
No. Preezie is extremely flexible and you can cancel your account at any time. Remember to download your data before you leave!
Is Preezie available in countries other than Australia?
Definitely! Preezie is available in most English-speaking countries. However, if you are interested we can always convert Preezie into your language!
How safe is my data and my customers data?
Preezie database is heavily protected and uses the latest cloud based technology to protect your data. Your data is stored in Australia securely with Microsoft Azure and Elastic.
Looks like awesome software, what are the technical requirements?
Preezie is 100% web based cloud software, which eliminates all need of maintaining any costly hardware. All you need is an internet connection on your computer,smartphone or tablet and any web browser(Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari...). No additional setup or installation is needed.
Do I have to pay for additional features or upgrades?
No. Preezie system is upgraded often with new features and improvements. Our product and technical teams work hard on planning and releasing improvements to bring additional value to our customers.
